A Message From the Principal
Dear Parents,
We all have favorite quotes or poems that we like to share with one another. A few years ago, Dorothy Nolte passed away. She is best remembered for her book, "Children Learn What They Live: Parenting to Inspire Values". The basis for the book was the timeless wisdom of one of my favorite poems authored by Mrs. Nolte:
We are grateful for the wonderful values and morals our children learn at home. We are also thankful that we are able to develop those values and morals within a Catholic community where we recognize the importance of faith in our lives. Each morning two of our Eighth grade students lead our children as they recite the Pledge of Allegiance, the Hail Mary and our school vision statement:
At Our Lady of Grace School, we keep Christ in our minds, Christ in our words, Christ in our hearts and Christ in our lives.
Our faculty and staff are honored to serve our families in the education and faith formation of their children. We are privileged each day to be entrusted with your children.
Yours in Christ,
Gary Gelo
Principal
